Which style should I start with?

Sneakers and slip-ons cover most everyday wear. For rain and slush, the Chelsea and high-top silhouettes give more coverage.

Are Vessi shoes machine washable?

Many are — the Weekend Classic, Classic Chelsea, Boardwalk Slip-On, Market Flat, Pacific Sneaker, Stormburst Low Top and Alta High Top are machine washable. The rest are hand-wash only, and every product page lists its care notes.

How long do I have to return them?

You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange pairs in new, original condition and packaging. Exchanges are on us. Refunds have a $10 CAD handling and repacking fee deducted. See our return policy for details.
