FAQ

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 90 days of delivery! Your Vessis must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging in order to be returned or exchanged. A couple of things to note: some items purchased with our promotional sales are non-refundable and only valid for size exchanges only - reach out to our Customer Service team for more info on this. Accessories and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How long will my return or exchange take?

As we take extra measures to make sure our shipping facilities and partners are safe, please note that your returns or exchanges may take us slightly longer than usual to process (10-14 business days). We appreciate your patience!

The Portal Won't Accept My Order Number

If you're looking to send back something you already exchanged, the order number you should enter will look like this: EXC-12345-1. If it's the first time returning a specific purchase, the order number the portal will request will be fully numerical, no letters or symbols. If you're looking at the packing slip you found in your box, you might see an order number starting with 'SO'. Be sure to enter the number on the right instead!
