Your Vessis not working out exactly how you had hoped? We'd love to help! We've extended our return and exchange policy for new and unworn sneakers to 90 days from delivery for purchases made from March 1st, 2020 onward to give you more time during our current global situation.

We accept unworn and undamaged returns within 90 days of purchase.
Make sure the shoes you're returning is unworn and undamaged with original shoe box

Select the item you're sending back and request an exchange
Print your return label and mail back the shoes
Once received, please wait 7-10 business days for your return to process and we'll send you your new pair.
Please keep in mind that requesting an exchange doesn't automatically reserve that product for you. If it's not available when the return is processed at the warehouse, and the exchange is initiated, we'll let you know.
