- Step 1: Step on a piece of paper with your heel slightly touching a wall behind.
- Step 2: Mark the end of your longest toe on the paper and measure from the wall to the marking.

To clean, we recommend hand washing. Let them air dry. Check out our step-by-step cleaning guide for more details. To machine wash, use a cold setting and remove the insoles first. We recommend removing the laces and placing the shoes in a washing net for best results. Don’t use bleach, and air dry only.

Are the Alta High Tops good for running?
No, the Alta High Top is not designed for running but was designed to offer comfort and style for casual and everyday wear.
What is the temperature rating?
The Alta may look like a sneaker but they are rated for temperatures as low as 0 ℃ for low activity (i.e. standing still) and -5℃ for medium activity (i.e walking).
