How to Measure
- Step 1: Step on a piece of paper with your heel slightly touching a wall behind.
- Step 2: Mark the end of your longest toe on the paper and measure from the wall to the marking.
- Step 3: Do the same for the other foot and compare measurements with our size chart to get the right size.

True to size. For half sizes, size up for a relaxed fit or size down for snug fit. For a roomier fit, or for those with wider feet, we suggest ordering the next size up.
Care Guide
To clean, we recommend hand washing. Let them air dry. Check out our step-by-step cleaning guide for more details. To machine wash, use a cold setting and remove the insoles first. We recommend removing the laces and placing the shoes in a washing net for best results. Don’t use bleach, and air dry only.

Where can I find what size my kid is?
Are Vessis actually fully waterproof?
Yes! That's part of what makes them so special. Using our patented Dyma-tex technology, Vessi shoes will allow moisture and heat to escape, but will also keep water out. No more wet and soggy socks during recess time - for kids or teachers.
What's your return and warranty policy?
Little puddle hunters and big puddle hunters have the same return and warranty policies. We offer returns and exchanges for 30 days after the order is shipped. Some exceptions may apply, so be sure to check out our FAQ page for more info. As for warranty, all Vessi shoes have a 365 day warranty on any manufacturing defects. You can read more about that here.
