Official Rules (USD)
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received. Internet access and a valid email address are required. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions and consent to the handling of personal information per Sponsor’s privacy policy.
1. Sponsor; Administrator
Vessi Footwear Inc., 1085 Homer Street, #500, Vancouver, BC V6B 2X5 (“Sponsor”). Sponsor may administer the Giveaway directly or through a designated vendor.
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (including D.C.) and Canada, excluding Québec, who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, if higher) at time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, Linus Media Group (“LMG”), their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, and paid partners/influencers/brand ambassadors, and the household/immediate family members of each, are not eligible. Void where prohibited. Canadian residents may be required to correctly answer a time‑limited skill‑testing question as a condition of winning.
3. Agreement to Official Rules
Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding. Sponsor may cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if the integrity or proper administration is compromised.
4. Giveaway Period
Begins October 1, 2025 at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Time (PT) and ends October 31, 2025 at 11:59:59 PM PT. Sponsor’s computer is the official time‑keeping device.
5. How to Enter; Entry Limits
During the Giveaway Period, visit vessi.com/lmg and follow the instructions:

Email Entry (required): Submit a valid email address to receive one (1) entry.

SMS Bonus (optional): After submitting email, you may opt in to SMS marketing to receive two (2) additional bonus entries.

Entry Limit: Maximum three (3) entries per person (1 email + 2 SMS). Limit one (1) prize per person/household. Entries that are incomplete, ineligible, or generated by script, macro, bots, or other automated means are void. No purchase necessary. (Mechanics per giveaway brief.)
SMS Consent & Opt‑Out (web copy summary): By opting into SMS, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Sponsor at the mobile number used. Consent is not a condition of purchase or entry. Message & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out; HELP for help. A link to full SMS Terms will be provided on the landing page. (Keep opt‑out language adjacent to the checkbox.)
Optional mail‑in for bonus entries (recommend legal review): To obtain the two (2) SMS bonus entries without opting into SMS, mail a hand‑printed postcard with your full name, mailing address, and email, plus “Vessi × LMG Giveaway — Bonus Entries,” to Sponsor at the address above. Must be postmarked by Oct 31, 2025 and received by Nov 7, 2025. One mail‑in per person; duplicates void.
Ownership of entries: All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
6. Prizes; Approximate Retail Values (ARV, USD)
Seven (7) prizes total; 7 winners. Each winner receives one prize bundle as described below. Models/colors/sizes at Sponsor’s discretion. If any item is unavailable, Sponsor may substitute an item of equal or greater value. No cash alternative. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and fees associated with prize receipt/use. (7‑prize structure per brief/creator docs.)
Embargo note for marketing creative: Motu and Bomber launch October 28, 2025; do not publicly reference those products in advertising before that date. They remain listed here for transparency.

7. Winner Selection; Odds
Sponsor will conduct random drawings on or about November 7, 2025 (within 7 days after the Giveaway ends) from among all eligible entries received to select seven (7) potential winners (one per prize bundle). Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner Notification; Verification
Potential winners will be notified by email (and/or SMS if opted in) using the contact details submitted with entry and must respond within five (5) business days. Potential winners may be required to complete and return eligibility/liability/publicity releases and applicable tax forms, and for Canadian residents, correctly answer a time‑limited skill‑testing question. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond in time, or is otherwise ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate. Sponsor may announce winners’ first name/initial and general location. (Response window and verification approach consistent with prior Vessi rules.)
9. Publicity; UGC & Winner Content License
Except where prohibited, participation and/or prize acceptance constitutes permission for Sponsor and its affiliates to use winner’s name, likeness, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes in any media worldwide without additional compensation or notice. If you submit or are captured in any content relating to the Giveaway (e.g., social posts tagging the campaign; winner photos/recordings), you grant Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and publish such content in any media for promotional purposes without additional compensation or notice. Winners agree to be photographed/recorded in connection with prize fulfillment and grant the same license to such materials. (See analogous usage rights in prior Vessi rules.)
10. Conduct; Disqualification
Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect/inaccurate entry information, human error, technical malfunctions, unauthorized intervention, or other causes affecting integrity. Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Rules and may cancel/modify/suspend the Giveaway as needed.
11. Shipping; Risk of Loss; Taxes
Sponsor and/or its fulfillment partners will arrange shipment of prizes to verified winners; risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the carrier. Winners are responsible for all taxes, duties, and fees associated with prize receipt/use.
12. Release; Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, LMG, their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation or prize use. (Based on Vessi prior rule structure.)
13. Third‑Party & Carrier Disclaimers
Apple, Google, Samsung, Sony, Bose, and any social or messaging platforms on which the Giveaway may be promoted are not sponsors of, or responsible for, this Giveaway. Wireless carriers and messaging platforms are not responsible for delayed/undelivered SMS messages.
14. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy at vessi.com/pages/privacy-policy and will be used for Giveaway administration and marketing consistent with that policy.
15. Governing Law
These Official Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflicts‑of‑law principles.
16. General; Severability; No Waiver
If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The failure of Sponsor to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. (Carried from prior Vessi rules.)
17. Winners List
To request winners’ names, mail a self‑addressed, stamped envelope to Sponsor at the address above within sixty (60) days after the Giveaway Period ends.
