Are Vessis actually 100% waterproof?
Yes! Unlike other waterproof materials, our technology is directly integrated into the knit. It's engineered with thousands of nano-sized pores small enough to keep water out while letting sweat and heat escape.
No harsh chemicals, coatings, or sprays here!
What is your shipping, exchange and warranty policy?
We want to make sure you get to use Vessis for everything you do so we have an 1-year warranty period on all manufacturing issues. If you're unsure if it's wear and tear or a manufacturing issue, contact us and we'll be more than happy to help!
We offer 30 day exchanges and returns for unworn and in new condition items. North American customers are eligible for free returns shipping costs.

How do I clean my Vessis?
We recommend frequent hand washing for the best results.
1) Gently remove loose dirt using a dry, soft-bristled shoe brush, cloth, or sponge. Remove laces and wash separately by hand in a mixture of warm water and baking soda
2) Spot treat by putting a small amount of baking soda directly on the affected area. Spritz white vinegar on it, or dab it on with a cloth. Using the cloth, gently wipe in circular motions to get into the small grooves of the knit material
3) Rinse the affected area with cold water, and repeat as needed until clean.
4) Air dry your shoes at room temperature, away from direct sunlight or heat source like a radiator

The Weekend Sneaker collection is our only machine-washable line. Follow the below steps for the best results:
1) Remove insoles and laces
2) Machine wash cold, not hot
3) Wash on their own and not with other items
4) Do not tumble dry. Vessis are air-dry only
A note on lighter colours: If dirt or mud is left on for too long, it’s more likely to leave a mark. The quicker you can give your Vessis a rinse, the easier it’ll be to keep them looking fresh.
