Returns and Exchanges

Need a different size or changed your mind? We accept eligible returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

  1. Ensure your items are unworn, undamaged. All tags must be on apparel and accessories, shoes must be in the original box.
  2. Click the "Make a Return or Exchange" button, enter your order number and postal code.
  3. Select the item you want to return or exchange.
  4. Print the shipping return label and mail your order.
  5. After inspection, we’ll send your exchange or refund back to your original payment. Allow 7-10 business days to process.

Note: Returns are pending until inspected by our team. An exchange request doesn't guarantee the product. If it's unavailable, we'll let you know.

FAQs

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery on eligible items purchased from Vessi.com.

To qualify:

  • Footwear: Unworn, undamaged, and returned in the original shoebox
  • Apparel & accessories: Unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags attached
  • Final Sale: Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange
  • Processing time: Please allow approximately 7–10 business days after we receive your return
  • Refunds: Issued to your original method of payment
  • Exchanges: Subject to product availability

Please try footwear on indoors and keep the original packaging until you know it’s the right fit.

  • Returns must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • A $10 CAD handling and repacking fee applies to returns and will be deducted from your refund.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original shoebox
  • Please do not tape, write on, or attach shipping labels directly to the shoebox
  • Missing or damaged shoeboxes are be subject to a $5 reboxing fee
  • Worn, stained, washed, altered, or damaged items will not be accepted
  • For hygiene reasons, laces, face masks, socks, and gloves cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Gift cards are Final Sale
  • Returns that do not meet our eligibility requirements will not be refunded
  • After two exchanges on the same order, the resulting item is considered Final Sale

Yes. Eligible, unworn footwear purchased from ca.vessi.com can be returned or exchanged at a Vessi store within 30 days of delivery.

If you’ve already started an online return, please complete it through the online returns process. or visit one of our retail stores for a quicker process.

Eligible regular-priced merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase.

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Unaltered and undamaged
  • In their original packaging

Eligible returns will be refunded to the original method of payment. You can also exchange your item or choose store credit.

Shipping fees and gifts with purchase are non-refundable.

Some sale or discounted items may be marked Final Sale on your receipt. Final Sale merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.

Certain promotional items may be marked Exchange Only. These items can be exchanged for another product or store credit but cannot be returned for a refund.

Final Sale items remain covered by our applicable warranty policy.

Vessi products purchased through one of our retail partners must be returned or exchanged directly with the retailer where the original purchase was made.

Once we receive and approve your return, please allow approximately 7–10 business days for processing.

We’ll send you an email once your refund or exchange has been processed.

Gift cards are Final Sale and cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash unless required by law.

If you return an eligible item originally purchased with a gift card, the refund will be issued back to a gift card.

If your Vessis have a product defect or waterproofing issue, you may be eligible for coverage under our warranty.

Warranty claims are handled separately from returns and exchanges.

How to Measure

Size guide measurement

Step 1: Step on a piece of paper with you heel slightly touching a wall behind

Step 2: Mark the end of your longest toe on the paper and measure from the wall to the marking.

Step 3: Do the same for the other foot and compare measurements with our size chart to get the right size.
