My order hasn’t moved, is there anything you can do?

If your order was placed between 11/11 to 11/15, it most likely was shipped with Canada Post. Unfortunately there isn’t much we can do at this time.

While deliveries won't be taking place for the duration of the national strike, please rest assured that we will honour any extensions for returns for orders that have been impacted.

Please note additional time may also be needed to complete deliveries once Canada Post is back in service.

Are you using Canada Post to ship orders?

While the strike is ongoing, we are working with alternative couriers to ship out your order.

That said, orders shipping to rural areas, FPO and APO might be impacted. If you have concerns, please reach out to our support team here.

How will this affect my return?

While some returns have been affected, we have made changes to our couriers to help ensure your return has no issues. You can start your return process here.
