We designed Vessis to be waterproof for the lifespan of your shoes. However sharp objects and Vessis don't mix well!

I inadvertently ordered the wrong size shoe (size 10). I then ordered the correct size shoe (size 9). I had no problem returning the wrong size. Everyone was very prompt in returning my emails/texts to tell me how to process the return. And the size 9 are very comfy.
