This is gonna be long, but I wanna make sure to get across why I love Vessis. I do a lot of hiking and walking, and most of it is through mud or along water. I bought my first pair of vessis years ago when only the Cityscapes existed and immediately fell in love. The Everydays improved the treads, so I bought those on a sale and liked them even more. When I ended up needing new work shoes, I got another pair - and then put over a million steps on them (a low-ball estimate from my activity data). Some rips had started at the heels, ruining the waterproofing, and I’d worn holes through the insoles by then. It was still within the one year period so I figured I’d contact the warranty centre, but I wasn’t expecting anything after putting the shoes through so much (I used to walk through Nike shoes even quicker so I don’t consider this a huge fault of the shoe). They were really helpful and even let me pay the difference to upgrade from the Everyday to the Weekend, which I’d been eyeballing since release. I’m usually pretty cynical when it comes to companies claiming to care about anything but profits, but Vessi clearly does care about their customers and the environment and that’s a huge mark in their favour to me.
