Part-Time Customer Success Agent
We’re Vessi - a company creating 100% waterproof footwear and making rain fun again. We used to hate the rain, and would dread going out in sneakers because we’d end up with soggy, wet socks throughout the entire day. Gross! Boots were clunky and uncomfortable, and wouldn't always look great with our outfit. So, we set out to create an ultra-lightweight, snug, 100% watertight sneaker we could wear all year round.
One Shoe, Four Seasons.
With a rapidly growing customer and fan base, we’re reaching out to you to help! We’re looking for a Part-Time Social Media & Customer Care Agent. We need someone to be a part of our growing Customer Care team, and interact first hand with our customers to help us build an amazing reputation.
What a perfect candidate would have:
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and with little supervision.
- Fluent in English.
- Willingness to complete a typing speed test during the application process.
- Able to offer exceptional customer service under pressure and within a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work both Saturday and Sunday, and around 6hs per day (both the days and hours might vary based on business needs).
- Training will happen in house at our Mount Pleasant office. After that, you get to work remotely from home
- Contribute to how we innovate, design, and develop our product by compiling customer feedback.
