Our Charity Partners
At Vessi, we’re not only looking to give the world a better shoe but also to leave the world a better place than we found it. That means finding new ways to be sustainable, contributing to our communities, and looking out for one another. With your help, we’ve donated over $500,000 (and counting) to initiatives that support vulnerable members of our communities.
Taking care of our community is core to what we stand for here at Vessi HQ. Mental wellness is so important, and this year's unprecedented events have made it even more difficult for so many. The $5 deposit on your new Weekend Sneaker went directly towards these organizations to support their mission. Now that’s $5 well spent.
The Trevor Project is the world’s largest suicide prevention and crisis intervention organization for LGBTQ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning) young people. The organization works to save young lives by providing support through free and confidential suicide prevention and crisis intervention programs by a 24/7 phone lifeline, online chat, and text.
Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) is the premier community mental health organization in Canada, providing advocacy, programs and resources that help to prevent mental health problems and illnesses, support recovery and resilience, and enable all Canadians to flourish and thrive.
The Brain & Behaviour Research Foundation is committed to alleviating the suffering caused by mental illness by awarding grants to scientists around the world that will lead to advances and breakthroughs in research to better understand the causes and develop new ways to treat brain and behaviour disorders.
To Write Love on Her Arms is a non-profit movement dedicated to presenting hope and finding help for people struggling with depression, addiction, self-injury, and suicide. TWLOHA exists to encourage, inform, inspire, and also to invest directly into treatment and recovery.
